Inserting a table is easy with the Rich Text Editor. New tables will be placed at the cursor position, and the interface will help you to create a table when you are in a hurry. All the Editor needs to do is to specify the number of rows and columns needed. Later, you can alter the number of rows and columns in the table.  

1. Click on the Insert Table toolbar button , and the drop down Table Wizard will appear.
   
2. Drag the mouse over the grid in order to specify the desired number of rows and columns. The table is defined by the selected dark grey squares.
    
3. Click in the grid to create the table when the appropriate size is reached.

The table is created in the Rich Text Editor. The dotted lines surrounding each text field can be hidden by clicking on the Visible Borders toolbar button.
